The Loose Fitted Respirator is designed for use without fit testing, allowing the wearer to comfortably use facial hair and glasses without compromising safety, with an Assigned Protection Factor (APF) of 1000+. This kit includes the Z-Link model 16-010-23, paired with a 16-723 Tychem 4000 shoulder cape, a safety lens (16-810), a breathing tube (04-831), and an HX5 PAPR assembly (03-601). It offers a choice of five anti-fog and scratch-resistant ANSI Z87+ (EN166) lenses in premium clear, green tint (shade 5), yellow, black, and mirror tint. The tear-off lens system ensures a consistently clear field of view. The adjustable airflow through the air deflector system caters to personal preferences and minimizes fogging, while the air supply circulates over the skin for cooling. Key features include a fixed jaw for secure cape attachment, compliance with ANSI Z89.1 (EN397) for head protection, a padded interior with an adjustable ratchet system, and compatibility with the RPB Comms-Link™ in-helmet communication system. The product also offers options like the Vision-Link™ light, Tychem® or Zytec® cape options, multiple breathing tube covers to prolong the tube's life, and radiant heat options. Additional welding visors and cape options are available to enhance the Z-Link's capabilities. It features a deconable head suspension system and a disposable hood, making it suitable for industries such as welding, grinding, concrete cutting, general dust, woodworking, healthcare (patient care), laboratory environments, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
