The Loose Fitted Respirator is designed for users who may wear facial hair or glasses without compromising safety, offering an Assigned Protection Factor (APF) of 1000+. It includes five anti-fog and scratch-resistant ANSI Z87+ (EN166) lenses, featuring premium clear, green tint (shade 5), yellow, black, and mirror tint options. The kit features a tear-off lens system for maintaining a clear view, while the fully adjustable airflow through the air deflector system enhances personal comfort and minimizes fogging. The air supply circulates over the skin for cooling, and a fixed jaw ensures secure cape attachment. The respirator is ANSI Z89.1 certified for head protection (EN397), with a visor that hinges open for easy communication in safe environments. The padded interior includes an adjustable ratchet system and is compatible with the RPB Comms-Link™ in-helmet communication system. Optional features include the Vision-Link™ light, Tychem® or Zytec® cape options, multiple breathing tube covers for extended tube life, radiant heat options, and welding visors and capes to expand functionality. It is equipped with a deconable head suspension system and a disposable hood. Made in the USA, this respirator is suitable for industries such as welding, grinding, concrete cutting, wood working, healthcare, laboratory environments, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. The kit includes the 16-010-31 Z-Link with 16-731 chin seal Zytec FR, 16-810 safety lens, 04-831 breathing tube, and 03-601-FR HX5 PAPR assembly with 03-891 spark arrestor.
