The loose fitted respirator requires no fit testing and accommodates facial hair and glasses without compromising safety, boasting an Assigned Protection Factor (APF) of 1000+. It includes a choice of five anti-fog and scratch-resistant ANSI Z87+ (EN166) lenses: premium clear, green tint (shade 5), yellow, black, and mirror tint. The tear-off lens system ensures a consistently clear field of view, while the airflow is fully adjustable with an air deflector system to suit personal preferences and prevent fogging. The air supply circulates throughout the head top, providing cooling comfort. A fixed jaw allows for secure cape attachment, and all parts can be purchased individually for easy maintenance. The system is ANSI Z89.1 certified for head protection (EN397), and the visor hinges open for easy communication with team members outside of respiratory hazards. The padded interior features an adjustable ratchet system, and it is compatible with the RPB Comms-Link™ in-helmet communication system, with the Vision-Link™ light option also available. Optional cape materials include Tychem® or Zytec®, along with multiple breathing tube covers to extend the lifespan of the breathing tube. Radiant heat options and welding visors are available to enhance the product's capabilities. It features a deconable head suspension system and a disposable hood, and is made in the USA. This respirator is suitable for industries such as welding, grinding, concrete cutting, general dust, woodworking, healthcare (including patient care and laboratory environments), and pharmaceutical manufacturing. The kit includes the 16-010-21 Z-Link with a 16-721 Zytec FR shoulder cape, a 16-810 safety lens, a 04-831 breathing tube, and a 03-603-FR HX5 backpack PAPR assembly with a 03-891 spark arrestor.
