The Loose Fitted Respirator is designed for use without fit testing, allowing for wearers with facial hair and glasses while maintaining safety standards. This respirator features an Assigned Protection Factor (APF) of 1000+, and comes with a choice of five anti-fog and scratch-resistant ANSI Z87+ (EN166) lenses, which include premium clear, green tint (shade 5), yellow, black, and mirror tint. Its tear-off lens system ensures a consistently clear field of view, while the fully adjustable air flow with the air deflector system allows for personalized comfort and prevents fogging. The air supply circulates throughout the head top, providing cooling benefits. The fixed jaw design ensures a secure cape attachment, and all parts can be purchased individually for easy maintenance. It is ANSI Z89.1 certified for head protection (EN397), and features visor hinges that open for easy communication in non-hazardous environments. The padded interior with an adjustable ratchet system enhances comfort, and it is compatible with the RPB Comms-Link™ in-helmet communication system. Optional features include the Vision-Link™ light and cape options in Tychem® or Zytec®, along with multiple breathing tube covers to increase the lifespan of the breathing tube. Additional radiant heat options, welding visors, and cape adaptations are available to expand the product's versatility. The deconable head suspension system and disposable hood add convenience. This product is made in the USA and is suitable for a variety of industries, including welding, grinding, concrete cutting, general dust, woodworking, healthcare (such as patient care), laboratory environments, and pharmaceutical manufacturing. The kit includes the 16-010-31 Z-Link with 16-731 chin seal Zytec FR, 16-810 safety lens, 04-831 breathing tube, and the 03-603-FR HX5 backpack PAPR assembly with 03-891 spark arrestor.
