The Loose Fitted Respirator is designed for use without fit testing, accommodating facial hair and glasses while ensuring safety. It features a large auto darkening welding lens rated 1.1.1 with a variable lens shade from 9 to 13, along with an APF of 1000+ for replaceable impact and ADF lenses, which facilitate maintenance. An optional magnifying lens can be included, and the flip-up welding visor allows for optimal vision during grinding without compromising respiratory protection. The clear replaceable grinding lens is ANSI Z87+ (EN166) approved, while the dual air distribution system enhances comfort and reduces lens fogging. The Vision-Link™ light option is available, and the aerodynamic shell design effectively deflects fumes away from the user. Standard features include window blockers and optional shade 5 side windows for improved peripheral vision. A breathing tube holder stabilizes the helmet, and an FR breathing tube cover can extend the breathing tube's lifespan. Additionally, the lightweight head top weighs 1.77 lbs (805 g) with ADF and cape, making it 23% lighter than other professional brands. The head cover and cape are FR rated, with all parts available for individual purchase for easy maintenance. This respirator is made in the USA and is suitable for welding, grinding, concrete cutting, general dust, woodworking, healthcare environments such as patient care and laboratories, as well as pharmaceutical manufacturing. The kit includes: 15-010-11 Z4 with 15-711 FR face seal, 04-831 breathing tube, and the 03-601-FR HX5 PAPR assembly accompanied by a 03-891 spark arrestor.
