The Loose Fitted Respirator is designed for users requiring no fit testing and accommodates facial hair and glasses without compromising safety. It features a large auto darkening welding lens with a 1.1.1 rating and a variable lens shade (9-13), along with APF 1000+ replaceable impact and ADF lenses for easy maintenance. An optional magnifying lens is available, and it includes a flip-up welding visor to provide optimum vision during grinding while maintaining respiratory protection. The clear replaceable grinding lens is ANSI Z87+ (EN166) approved. The dual air distribution system enhances comfort and prevents lens fogging, with an optional Vision-Link™ light feature. The aerodynamic shell design deflects fumes away from the user, and the unit comes standard with window blockers or optional shade 5 side windows for increased peripheral vision. A breathing tube holder on the cape stabilizes the helmet, while a flame-resistant breathing tube cover is available to extend the life of the breathing tube. The multi-adjustment head suspension system is ergonomically balanced to reduce fatigue, with an optional Comfort-Link™ padding system for additional comfort. The lightweight head top weighs 1.77 lbs (805 g) with ADF and cape, making it 23% lighter than other professional brands. It is equipped with a flame-resistant head cover and cape, and all parts can be purchased individually for maintenance and servicing. Made in the USA, this respirator is suitable for various industries, including welding, grinding, concrete cutting, general dust, woodworking, healthcare, laboratory environments, and pharmaceutical manufacturing.
