The Wilton SHR strut cutter is designed for quickly cutting strut, back-to-back strut, and threaded rod efficiently, eliminating the need for deburring or secondary operations. It features a precision machined ductile iron frame and a robust 30 ton hydraulic cylinder that provide the industrial strength required for demanding tasks. This portable unit comes equipped with a power kit that includes an SPX 10,000 PSI power unit and a 6-foot hose, allowing easy transport to various job sites. The hydraulic cylinder is powerful enough to easily push through tough materials, while the frame is built to endure rugged use. It produces clean, straight cuts consistently, and the quick blade set change requires no extra tools. A quick coupler connects the cutter to any 10,000 PSI power supply. The single blade set is available for shearing 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", and 5/8" threaded rod, while the standard blade set shears 1-5/8" and 7/8" strut. Additionally, support rods can be replaced with standard 1" O.D. pipe to extend shearing capabilities for longer applications.
