This 100 ton ironworker is designed for optimal power and adaptability in handling various projects, featuring four workstations that include a factory-stalled 10" brake. It is compatible with 12 interchangeable attachments and 17 accessories, making it ideal for larger fabrication shops or for jobs requiring heavier materials. The PowerLink™ system enhances capabilities by converting the ironworker into a power source for hydraulic tools. The four workstations consist of three standard functions: punch, flat bar shear, and angle shear, along with one open workstation hosting the factory-installed 10" brake. This brake includes a 4-way die capable of forming 1/16", 1/8", 3/16", and 1/4" material to a 90-degree angle. The machine allows for quick transitions between fabrication operations—punching, shearing, notching, bending, or coping—all in a compact design. It features optimized workstation heights for improved efficiency, an electric foot pedal with integrated jog control, adjustable electric stroke control, and bright LED lights that enhance visibility.
