It features a fabricator's protractor and adjustable fence guides that provide easy alignment to ensure true cuts. The kit enhances productivity on both the flat bar shear and angle shear workstations of your Edwards Ironworker. An adjustable proximity sensor automatically cycles the Ironworker as material is fed in, while a positive stop attachment fitted to the back ensures accurate shearing. This setup is perfect for cutting long materials to repeatable lengths quickly and easily. The electrical cord and adjustable electrical tieback install in minutes, increasing user accuracy on the punch and flat bar shear workstations. The protractor is designed to guide the workpiece and is gauged at 15-degree increments through 180 degrees, featuring a straight edge and reversible design to accommodate both right and left-handed operators. The 12" and 18" fence guides are easily adjustable for precise, repeatable operations and are compatible with any flat bar workstations and gauging table kit.
