The 100-ton ironworker is designed for optimal power and adaptability, featuring four workstations: three standard (punch, flat bar shear, and angle shear) and one open workstation with a factory-installed coper notcher. It is compatible with 12 interchangeable attachments and includes 17 optional accessories to enhance precision and efficiency. The coper notcher is capable of removing anything from a small nibble to a large notch out of flat bar or angle iron. The Powerlink™ system allows the ironworker to serve as a power source for a line of hydraulic tools, greatly increasing capabilities. This compact machine facilitates quick and easy transitions between fabrication operations such as punching, shearing, notching, bending, or coping. It features optimized workstation heights for improved efficiency, an electric foot pedal with integrated jog control, adjustable electric stroke control, and bright LED lights to enhance visibility.
