The productivity pack enhances operator efficiency and output with a comprehensive gauging table kit designed for use with the 10 most popular round punch and die sets. It includes a storage tray for organizing punches and dies, a fabricator's protractor that features 15-degree increments through 180 degrees for precise gauging, and a 48" back gauge for making repeatable shearing easy and accurate. The kit also comes with an LED light equipped with a magnetic base for versatile positioning, as well as punches and dies for producing round holes of sizes: 3/16", 5/16", 7/16", 1/2", 9/16", 5/8", 11/16", 13/16", 15/16", and 1-1/16". All punches and dies are crafted from durable tool steel for longevity and the punch and die storage tray can be easily mounted on either side of the output chute. The kit is compatible with standard pedestal die tables, ensuring that the punch diameter meets or exceeds the thickness of the material being processed. An adjustable stop for both flat bar shear and angle shear is included to enhance production speed during repeatable cuts. Additionally, a positive stop attachment is fitted to the back of the ironworker for accurate shearing. The 1" x 12" x 16" table further contributes to speed and precision in the punch workstation.
