The Gauging Table Kit is designed to enhance operator efficiency and output by adding precision to the punching workstation and includes storage solutions for maintaining organization. The kit features 10 popular round punch and die sets capable of producing round holes in sizes of 3/16", 5/16", 7/16", 1/2", 9/16", 5/8", 11/16", 13/16", 15/16", and 1-1/16". It comes with a storage tray that can be easily mounted to either side of the output shoot, ensuring that all punches and dies made from durable tool steel are readily accessible. An adjustable protractor with a straight edge allows for repeatable shearing and features a reversible design for both right and left-handed operators, while the 48" back gauge enables precise cuts. Additionally, an LED light with a magnetic base provides flexible illumination, and a positive stop attachment fitted to the back of the ironworker promotes accurate shearing. The kit's design includes options for custom table sizes and additional fences, ensuring compatibility with standard pedestal die tables.
