This 100 ton ironworker provides optimal power and adaptability to handle any project with its four workstations, including a factory-stalled 10" brake. It is compatible with 12 interchangeable attachments and 17 accessories to adapt the ironworker to your needs, making it ideal for larger fabrication shops or jobs requiring heavier materials. The PowerLink™ system enhances capabilities by turning the ironworker into a power source for a line of hydraulic tools. The four workstations consist of three standard stations for punch, flat bar shear, and angle shear, along with one open station featuring a factory-installed 10" brake. The 10" brake includes a 4-way die that accommodates material thicknesses of 1/16", 1/8", 3/16", and 1/4" to be formed to a 90-degree angle. Additionally, the compact machine allows for fast and easy transitions between fabrication operations, including punch, shear, notch, bend, or cope, all in one machine. It features optimized workstation heights for improved efficiency, an electric foot pedal with integrated jog control, adjustable electric stroke control, and bright LED lights to enhance visibility.
