The Jet Square Wheel Grinder is a versatile belt grinder designed to achieve a long, flat grinding surface through its flat platen and idler wheels positioned at each end. It effectively grinds, deburrs, and chamfers both internal and external parts, regardless of size. The grinder has a dust port to maintain a clean workspace by directing sparks and debris away from the operator. Its platen setting ensures the ideal angle for high-speed, precision flat and level grinding. The heavy-duty construction includes a steel frame and platen, a strong cast iron head casting, and an aluminum casted drive wheel for long-lasting performance. The device is fully guarded on all grinding surfaces, features an adjustable dust port for high dust collection efficiency, and has a toggle on/off switch with a safety cover. It can grind difficult-to-reach areas using the 3" x 2" or 1-1/2" x 2" diameter contact wheels, and comes with adjustable handles for smooth, tool-less belt tracking, making it easy to grind and refinish cylindrical shapes.
