The Jet Square Wheel Grinder is a belt grinder featuring a flat platen and idler wheels at each end, providing a long, flat grinding surface. Its innovative design allows for grinding on the front wheel, which is square to the work instead of crowned. This grinder proficiently grinds, deburrs, and chamfers both internal and external surfaces of parts, whether large or small. It includes a dust port to maintain a clean workspace and minimize exposure to sparks and debris. The platen setting is designed for high-speed, precision flat and level grinding, supported by a heavy-duty steel frame and platen. The strong cast iron head casting and aluminum casted drive wheel ensure durability for years of use. The grinder is equipped with a totally enclosed fan-cooled inverter motor and fully guarded grinding surfaces.
