This saw features the EVS electronic variable speed inverter, enabling a wide range of cutting speeds suitable for metal, wood, and various materials. Constructed with a strong steel frame, it includes a rack and pinion adjustment on the upper blade guide support, a precision ground table, and fully balanced cast-iron wheels with rubber tires. It also boasts a cast iron trunnion, a fully guarded blade, and mechanical disc brake, along with ball bearing blade guides. The variable speeds of 100-3,600 SFPM allow for precise cutting of both metal and wood. This band saw is CSA/US certified, complying with strict guidelines and electrical requirements.
