Designed to complement the Edwards 110 ton shop presses, the 40" press brake tooling transforms your shop press into a functional brake for fabricating brackets, frames, pans, and tanks using a 4-way die. The kit includes a standard punch that accommodates materials with thicknesses of 1/16", 1/8", 3/16", and 1/4", allowing them to be formed to a 90-degree angle. The maximum material thickness capacity is 1/4" x 40" and 3/8" x 16". This tooling enables the creation of repeatable bends when paired with the press brake back gauge and is specifically designed for compatibility with 110 ton shop presses.
