The 100 ton ironworker is designed for optimal power and adaptability, equipped with four workstations including a factory-stalled 10" brake. It is compatible with 12 interchangeable attachments and 17 accessories, making it suitable for larger fabrication shops or jobs that require handling heavier materials. The Powerlink™ system enhances capabilities by converting the ironworker into a power source for hydraulic tools. The four workstations consist of three standard functions: punch, flat bar shear, and angle shear, along with one open workstation featuring a factory-installed 10" brake, which includes a 4-way die for forming materials of 1/16", 1/8", 3/16", and 1/4" to a 90-degree angle. The ironworker also supports 17 optional accessories to improve precision and efficiency, while its compact design facilitates quick transitions between fabrication operations, including punching, shearing, notching, bending, or coping. Improved workstation heights enhance operational efficiency, and features such as an electric foot pedal with integrated jog control, adjustable electric stroke control, and bright LED lights boost visibility during use.
