Current guidelines require HEPA filtration and stipulate that endoscopes be hung vertically to allow inner channels to drain excess fluid after cleaning. To meet the needs of multiple facilities seeking a solution for storing Savary-Gilliard® dilators vertically, Harloff has introduced the new endoscopy dilator storage cart. This cabinet features a HEPA filtered positive pressure drying system that removes 99.7% of particles measuring .03 microns. It includes a fully adjustable fan with a run time of 10 to 180 minutes, activated each time the cabinet is accessed, providing vertical drying for up to 24 dilators measuring 39 inches or less. Designed for durability, this medical-grade storage cabinet not only facilitates the drainage of excess fluid post-cleaning to minimize bacterial growth but also incorporates industry-best Tente® casters, a selection of three locking options, and soft grip dilator holders. The unit can accommodate individual dilators ranging from 5mm (15 French) to 20mm (60 French) in size and includes four Savary pull-out slides, with each slide holding six dilators for convenient access to similarly sized items.
