Current guidelines require HEPA filtration and necessitate that endoscopes be hung vertically to ensure inner channels drain excess fluid post-cleaning. In response to multiple facility requests for a storage solution for Savary-Gilliard® dilators, Harloff has developed a new endoscopy dilator storage cart. This cart features a HEPA filtered positive pressure drying system that removes 99.7% of particles down to .03 microns. It includes a fully adjustable fan that operates for 10 to 180 minutes, activated each time the cabinet is accessed, providing vertical drying for up to 24 dilators measuring 39" or less in length. The durable, medical-grade storage cabinet not only facilitates the drying process but also assists in draining excess fluid post-cleaning, which helps minimize bacterial growth. Key features encompass industry-best Tente® casters, three locking options, and soft grip dilator holders, as well as four pull-out slides that each accommodate six dilators for convenient access to similarly sized dilators. This unit is capable of holding dilators ranging from 5mm (15 French) to 20mm (60 French) in size.
