Current guidelines mandate HEPA filtration and the vertical storage of endoscopes to facilitate the drainage of excess fluid following cleaning. In response to requests from multiple facilities, Harloff has designed an endoscopy dilator storage cart that allows for the vertical storage of Savary-Gilliard® dilators, which also feature an internal channel. This cart incorporates a HEPA filtered positive pressure drying system, which removes 99.7% of particles down to 0.03 microns. It has a fully adjustable fan with a run time ranging from 10 to 180 minutes, activated each time the cabinet is accessed, enabling vertical drying for up to 24 dilators measuring 39" or less in length. The medical-grade cabinet aids in draining excess fluid post-cleaning, effectively reducing bacterial growth. Key features include industry-best Tente® casters, three locking options, and soft grip dilator holders. The system accommodates dilators ranging from 5mm (15 French) to 20mm (60 French) and comes with four pull-out slides, each capable of holding six dilators for convenient access and organization.
