Brawn Direct Drive mixers are industrial-duty mixers suitable for small batch or high-shear mixing applications, equipped with a 0.5 HP TEFC electric motor that operates at 115V/208-230V, 1-phase, and 60 hertz. The mixers feature a direct drive with an RPM of 1750, a propeller-type impeller, and can accommodate shafts up to 52 inches, which can be cut to length as needed. The wetted parts are constructed from standard 316 stainless steel and are made in the USA. This equipment is capable of handling a maximum specific gravity of 1.1 and a maximum viscosity of 100 centipoise, with a maximum mixing volume of 150 gallons.
