ASI's matte black collection offers a sophisticated and durable solution for modern washrooms. This collection includes a 40 fl. oz. (1.2 L) liquid soap dispenser made of high-quality 304 stainless steel with a matte black powder-coated finish. The dispenser features an all-purpose valve, a tamper-resistant refill indicator, and a push-button mechanism for dispensing soap. It is designed for refill through a hinged door at the top, which requires a special key (supplied) to access. The soap tank continuously feeds soap until it drops below the valve intake port, necessitating manual replenishment. For optimal performance, the dispenser is compatible with soaps that have a viscosity range of 100 - 3,500 mPas (cp) and a pH range of 5.5 - 8.5, while soaps containing reportable salts, chlorides, and alcohols should be avoided. The surface-mounted horizontal soap dispenser is fabricated from 20 gauge type 304 stainless steel with a satin finish on all exposed surfaces. The valve includes a plastic body with stainless steel and plastic internal parts and complies with the 2010 ADA accessibility standards and ANSI A117.1 by requiring no more than 5 lbs (22.2 N) of pressure to actuate, as well as no grasping or twisting by the operator.
