The SMSR-B / BF / BT spring mounts are engineered to provide effective isolation from critical vibrations and multidirectional restraint from both vertical and horizontal forces, as well as from forces caused by seismic activities and high wind loads. The kit includes three configurations: SMSR-B, featuring a top bracket with an internal leveling adjustment; SMSR-BF, which has a flat top and an internal leveling adjustment; and SMSR-BT, equipped with a bolted top and leveling adjustment. These mounts are recommended for a variety of applications, including HVAC equipment, fan air circulation systems, compressors, pumps, chillers, AC units, cooling towers, and inertia bases. Key features include steel housing that is designed to withstand seismic and high wind forces, options for 1" and 2" deflection at rated load, and a safety factor allowing springs to accommodate 50% additional load from rated load to solid load. The mounts are certified to ASHRAE 171-2017, with zinc-plated housing providing superior corrosion resistance, while all springs are coated with baked enamel for added durability. Additionally, springs are color-coded for easy identification in the field, and all mount elements remain safe at solid load.
