Smsr-A/Af/At spring mounts are engineered to deliver effective isolation from critical vibrations while providing all-directional restraint against vertical and horizontal forces, including those induced by seismic activity and high wind loads. There are three configurations available: Smsr-A, featuring a top bracket and an internal leveling adjustment; Smsr-Af, with a flat top and internal leveling adjustment; and Smsr-At, which includes a bolted top with a leveling adjustment feature. These mounts are recommended for applications involving HVAC equipment, fan air circulation systems, compressors, pumps, chillers, AC units, cooling towers, and inertia bases. They are constructed with a steel housing to withstand seismic and high wind forces, offering 1" and 2" deflection at rated load. Each spring at rated loads provides an additional 50% travel to solid load, and there is a safety factor allowing the springs to accommodate an additional 50% load up to the solid load. The product is certified to ASHRAE 171-2017 and features a zinc-plated housing for enhanced corrosion resistance. All springs are coated with baked enamel for further corrosion protection and are color-coded for easy field identification. All mount elements are designed to be safe at solid load.
