The kit is designed to fit plain end culture tubes and flasks with Delong style necks or ports, molded from durable, autoclavable polypropylene (PP). It features ridges inside the cap that provide a secure grip and allow for gas exchange, maintaining sterility without the need for cotton plugging. This product reduces sample evaporation compared to traditional cotton plugging and offers the same evaporation and sterility benefits as stainless steel closures. Available in five (5) colors, it facilitates easy sample identification and organization.
