These tubes and caps have been designed for the storage and transportation of biological material. They are manufactured from non-toxic polypropylene and offer strength and clarity. The vial features external threads, which provide a smooth and uniform inner surface that reduces the risk of contamination. The screw caps, also made of polypropylene, maintain the same coefficient of expansion as the tubes, ensuring a leakproof seal even at changing temperatures. The caps include a polypropylene inner lip for additional security and are designed with a long skirt and a super-fast thread for easy removal or sealing with a single turn. Caps are available with or without a silicone O-ring and come in a variety of colors, with screw caps sold separately.
