The kit is designed to fit plain end culture tubes and flasks with Delong style necks or ports. It is molded from durable, autoclavable polypropylene (PP) and features ridges inside the cap for a secure grip and enhanced gas exchange. Available in five colors, it allows for easy sample identification and organization while maintaining sterility without the need for cotton plugging. Additionally, it reduces sample evaporation compared to cotton plugging and provides the same evaporation and sterility benefits as stainless steel closures.
