The kit includes caps designed to fit plain end culture tubes and flasks with Delong style necks or ports. These caps are molded from durable, autoclavable polypropylene (PP) and feature ridges inside that provide a secure grip while allowing for gas exchange. Available in five colors, the caps facilitate easy sample identification and organization, while maintaining sterility without the need for cotton plugging. They are engineered to reduce sample evaporation compared to traditional cotton plugging and provide the same evaporation and sterility benefits as stainless steel closures.
