Diamond® Essentials serological pipettes are designed to deliver the features and performance expected from Diamond® pipettes, but in a simplified packaging option. These individually wrapped pipettes are bundled in clear poly bags and packaged in sturdy, recyclable brown corrugated boxes. Color coding on individual wrappers and the pipettes allows for easy volume identification, while barrier filter plugs mitigate contamination risks to pipette controllers from liquids and aerosols. The easy peel apart or pop-through paper/plastic wrappers provide convenient access to the sterile pipettes. Crafted from optically clear USP Class VI polystyrene, these pipettes are calibrated to deliver (TD) with an accuracy of +/- 2% at full volume. They are manufactured in an ISO 9001:2008 facility within a Class 100,000 cleanroom and are sterilized by gamma irradiation to SAL 10^-6. Additionally, they are certified free from DNase, RNase, endotoxins, and pyrogens, meeting the requirements for the most critical scientific testing methods. The pipettes feature reverse graduations for easy aspiration and dispensing, negative graduations on all sizes down to -10 ml on 25 ml and 50 ml pipettes, and are engineered with anti-drip tips. Lot numbers and expiration dates are printed on individual pipette wrappers for convenience, and they are compatible with all major brands of pipette controllers. The calibrations are certified for accuracy.
