Each cabinet unit features 6 dual slotted drawers, with each drawer capable of accommodating up to 750 slides. For larger storage needs, up to 10 units can be secured together on a single base, allowing for a total of 45,000 slides per stack. The interlocking system effectively locks the stacked cabinets together, ensuring stability. Each drawer includes a brass pull knob and an identification card holder, with identification cards included for easy organization. Foam blocks are provided to keep slides upright in the drawers, which are designed to fit all standard sized microscope slides measuring 25 x 75 mm or 3 x 1". The cabinet features a chemical resistant plastic powder coating for added durability and smooth sliding drawers for ease of use. It is available in green, tan, and white colors.
