Globe's color frosted microscope slides are available in ten bright, attractive colors and come in three edge styles: ground, ground with safety corners, or beveled. The ground edge microscope slide features 90° corners and is ideal for use in automatic cover slip machines. The ground edge slide with safety corners has slightly clipped corners for comfortable handling and to minimize the risk of finger and hand cuts, while the beveled edge slide is designed for performing blood smears, with highly polished edges angled at 45° to ensure a secure grasp during the smearing process. Each slide is printed with "Globe" under the frosting area for orientation, and all slides are pre-cleaned and ready for immediate use.
