Globe's color frosted microscope slides are available in ten bright colors and come in three edge styles: ground, ground with safety corners, and beveled. The ground edge microscope slide features 90° corners and is suitable for use in automatic cover slip machines. The ground edge slide with safety corners has slightly clipped corners to enhance handling and reduce the risk of finger and hand cuts, while the beveled edge microscope slide is designed for performing blood smears, with highly polished edges angled at 45° for better grip during the smearing process. Each slide is printed with "Globe" under the frosting area for orientation and is pre-cleaned, making them ready to use.
