Globe's color frosted microscope slides are available in ten bright, attractive colors and come in three edge styles: ground, ground with safety corners, or beveled. The ground edge microscope slide features 90° corners and is ideal for use in automatic cover slip machines, while the ground edge slide with safety corners has slightly clipped corners designed for comfortable handling and to reduce the risk of finger and hand cuts. The beveled edge microscope slide, designed specifically for blood smears, boasts highly polished edges angled at 45° to facilitate a secure grasp during the smearing process. Each slide is printed with "Globe" under the frosting area for orientation and is pre-cleaned and ready to use.
