Diamond® Essentials serological pipettes provide all the essential features and performance expected from Diamond® serological pipettes in a simplified packaging option. Individually wrapped pipettes are bundled in clear poly bags and packed in robust, recyclable brown corrugated boxes. Both individual wrappers and the pipettes are color coded for easy volume identification. Barrier filter plugs reduce the risk of contamination to pipette controllers from liquids and aerosols. The paper/plastic wrappers allow for easy peel apart or pop-through access to the sterile pipettes. Manufactured from optically clear USP Class VI polystyrene, the pipettes are calibrated to deliver (TD) with an accuracy of +/- 2% at full volume. They are produced in an ISO 9001:2008 facility in a Class 100,000 cleanroom and are sterilized by gamma irradiation to a SAL of 10-6. The pipettes are certified free from DNase, RNase, endotoxins, and pyrogens, meeting the requirements for critical scientific testing methods. Additional features include reverse graduations for convenient aspiration and dispensing, negative graduations on all sizes down to -10ml on both 25ml and 50ml pipets, anti-drip tips, and lot numbers and expiration dates printed on individual pipette wrappers. These pipettes fit all major brands of pipette controllers and are packaged in reinforced, environmentally friendly, brown corrugated boxes, with calibrations certified for accuracy.
