Diamond® Essentials serological pipettes offer a reliable and efficient solution for laboratory needs, featuring individually wrapped pipettes bundled in clear poly bags and packed in robust, recyclable brown corrugated boxes. These pipettes are designed with user convenience in mind, as both the individual wrappers and the pipettes are color-coded for easy volume identification. Barrier filter plugs help minimize the risk of contamination to pipette controllers from liquids and aerosols, while the paper/plastic wrappers ensure easy access to the sterile pipettes. Manufactured from optically clear USP Class VI polystyrene, these pipettes are calibrated to deliver (TD) with an accuracy of +/- 2% at full volume. Key attributes include production in an ISO 9001:2008 facility within a Class 100,000 cleanroom, sterilization by gamma irradiation to SAL 10-6, and certification for freedom from DNase, RNase, endotoxins, and pyrogens, meeting the standards for critical scientific testing. The pipettes feature reverse graduations for easier aspiration and dispensing, negative graduations on all sizes, and to -10ml on 25ml and 50ml pipets, along with anti-drip tips. Lot numbers and expiration dates are printed directly on individual pipette wrappers, ensuring traceability, and all pipettes fit major brands of pipette controllers. The calibrations have been certified for accuracy.
