Globe's color frosted microscope slides are available in ten bright, attractive colors and come in three edge styles: ground, ground with safety corners, and beveled. The ground edge microscope slide features 90° corners, making it suitable for use with automatic cover slip machines. The ground edge slide with safety corners has slightly clipped corners, enhancing comfortable handling and reducing the risk of cuts. The beveled edge microscope slide is tailored for blood smears, with highly polished edges angled at 45° to ensure a secure grip during the smearing process. Each slide is pre-cleaned and printed with "Globe" under the frosting area for easy orientation.
