Globe's color frosted microscope slides come in ten bright, attractive colors and are available in three edge styles: ground, ground with safety corners, and beveled. The ground edge slides feature 90° corners, making them suitable for automatic cover slip machines, while the ground edge slides with safety corners have slightly clipped corners for improved handling and reduced risk of finger and hand cuts. The beveled edge slides are designed specifically for blood smears, with highly polished edges angled at 45° to ensure a secure grip during the smearing process. Each slide is printed with "Globe" in the frosting area for orientation and is pre-cleaned and ready to use.
