Globe's color frosted microscope slides are available in ten bright, attractive colors and come in three edge styles: ground, ground with safety corners, or beveled. The ground edge microscope slide features 90° corners and is designed for use in automatic cover slip machines. The ground edge slide with safety corners has slightly clipped corners for comfortable handling and to minimize the risk of cuts. The beveled edge microscope slide, ideal for blood smears, has highly polished edges angled at 45° for a secure grip during the smearing process. Each slide is printed with "Globe" under the frosting area for orientation and is pre-cleaned and ready to use.
