Globe's color frosted microscope slides are available in ten bright, attractive colors and come in three edge styles: ground, ground with safety corners, and beveled. The ground edge microscope slide features 90° corners and is suitable for use in automatic cover slip machines, while the ground edge slide with safety corners has slightly clipped corners to enhance handling and reduce the risk of cuts. The beveled edge microscope slide is specifically designed for blood smears, with highly polished edges angled at 45° for a secure grip during the smearing process. Each slide is printed with "Globe" under the frosting area for orientation and is pre-cleaned, making them ready for immediate use.
