These products are non-pyrogenic, non-cytotoxic, non-mutagenic, and free from heavy metals and BSE/TSE. They are manufactured, assembled, and packaged in an ISO 7 (Class 10,000) cleanroom and sterilized by beta radiation with a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10-6. The enhanced cap features a star socket specifically designed for compatibility with automated capping and decapping equipment, while the slim profile cap design allows for a better fit in racks and boxes. Each vial contains a unique barcode for automated data collection, along with a white writing surface for easy specimen identification. Printed graduations provide accurate measurements, and both vials and caps are autoclavable. The products are produced from medical-grade raw materials that resist discoloration after re-sterilization, and they come in tamper-evident packaging.
