The kit is designed to meet rigorous quality standards, featuring vials that are lot certified to be human DNA free, RNase free, DNase free, pyrogen free, and ATP free. The vials are non-pyrogenic, non-cytotoxic, non-mutagenic, heavy-metals free, and BSE/TSE free. Each vial is manufactured, assembled, and packaged in an ISO 7 (Class 10,000) cleanroom and is sterilized by beta radiation with a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10^-6. The enhanced cap includes a star socket specifically engineered for use with automated capping/decapping equipment, while the slim profile design ensures a better fit in storage racks and boxes. Unique barcodes are printed on each vial for automated data collection, alongside a white writing surface for specimen identification and printed graduations for accurate measurements. Both vials and caps are autoclavable and produced from medical grade raw materials that maintain stability and do not discolor after re-sterilization. The packaging is tamper evident, and the self-standing tubes interlock with Globe workstation racks; however, it is important to note that these items are not to be used in the liquid phase of liquid nitrogen.
