These wide-neck laboratory bottles are extremely flexible and feature a wide-mouth opening for easy filling and emptying of liquids and powders. Each bottle includes a screw cap and a plastic plug insert, providing additional leak-resistance. To ensure a leak-resistant seal, the plug should be inserted into the mouth of the bottle prior to closing the lid, making these bottles ideal for transport and long-term storage. Confidential notes can be stored inside the bottle in the space between the plug and the screw cap. The cap and bottle neck have molded-in tagging points designed for securing the cap to the bottle using wire security ties, which make the bottle tamper-evident. These bottles are approved for use with food products.
