Globe Scientific PCR plates are designed in varied formats, including no skirt, half skirt, and full skirt options, available in 0.1 ml (low profile), standard 0.2 ml volumes, and 384 well variants, ensuring compatibility with most commercially available PCR and qPCR instruments. The plates feature an ultra-thin wall design (0.2 mm thick) for optimal temperature transfer and ultra-clear wells for convenient sample visualization. They also provide compatibility across a broad range of thermal cyclers, complemented by easy-to-read alphanumeric indexing. Manufactured from high-clarity, ultra-pure polypropylene, these plates meet FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 and USP Class VI standards. They are certified free of detectable DNase, RNase, human DNA, PCR inhibitors, and have been tested pyrogen-free. Additionally, the raised well rims facilitate optimal sealing with strip caps, sealing mats, or sealing film. Barcoding options are available upon special order.
