Globe Scientific PCR plates are available in a variety of formats including no skirt, half skirt, and full skirt variants in 0.1ml (low profile) and 0.2ml volumes, with 384 well variants also offered. These PCR plates are designed to be compatible with most commercially available PCR and qPCR instruments. Key features include an ultra-thin wall design (0.2mm thick) for optimal temperature transfer, ultra-clear wells for easy sample visualization, and compatibility across a broad range of thermal cyclers. The plates feature easy-to-read alphanumeric indexing and are manufactured from high-clarity, ultra-pure polypropylene, meeting FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 and USP Class VI standards. They are certified free of detectable DNase, RNase, human DNA, PCR inhibitors, and have been tested to be pyrogen-free. Additionally, the plates have raised well rims for optimal sealing with strip caps, sealing mats, or sealing film. Barcoding options are available as a special order.
