Globe Scientific PCR plates are designed for enhanced performance and versatility, available in various formats including no skirt, half skirt, and full skirt variants, with volume options of 0.1ml (low profile) and 0.2ml, as well as 384 well configurations. These PCR plates are compatible with most commercially available PCR and qPCR instruments. Key features include an ultra-thin wall design measuring 0.2mm for optimal temperature transfer, ultra-clear wells for easy sample visualization, and easy-to-read alphanumeric indexing. Constructed from high-clarity, ultra-pure polypropylene, these plates meet FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 and USP Class VI standards. They are certified to be free of detectable DNase, RNase, human DNA, and PCR inhibitors, and are tested to be pyrogen-free. The raised well rims facilitate optimal sealing with strip caps, sealing mats, or sealing film, while barcoding options are available as a special order.
