Globe Scientific PCR plates come in various formats, including no skirt, half skirt, and full skirt variants, with volumes of 0.1ml (low profile) and 0.2ml, along with 384 well variants, ensuring compatibility with most commercially available PCR and qPCR instruments. These plates feature an ultra-thin wall design of 0.2mm thickness for optimal temperature transfer and ultra-clear wells for easy sample visualization. They are compatible with a wide range of thermal cyclers and include easy-to-read alphanumeric indexing. Manufactured from high-clarity, ultra-pure polypropylene, these plates meet FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 and USP Class VI standards, and are certified free of detectable DNase, RNase, human DNA, and PCR inhibitors, while also being tested to be pyrogen-free. The raised well rims provide optimal sealing with strip caps, sealing mats, or sealing film. Additionally, the kit includes options for barcoding as a special order.
