Globe Scientific PCR plates are available in various formats, including no skirt, half skirt, and full skirt variants, with capacities of 0.1ml (low profile) and 0.2ml (standard), as well as 384 well options. These plates are compatible with most commercially available PCR and qPCR instruments, featuring an ultra-thin wall design (0.2mm thick) for optimal temperature transfer and ultra-clear wells for easy sample visualization. They provide compatibility across a broad range of thermal cyclers and include easy-to-read alphanumeric indexing. Manufactured from high-clarity, ultra-pure polypropylene, these plates meet FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 and USP Class VI standards, and are certified to be free of detectable DNase, RNase, human DNA, PCR inhibitors, and are tested to be pyrogen-free. The raised well rims enhance sealing with strip caps, sealing mats, or sealing film. Plates are offered with barcoding options as a special order.
