The kit includes vials that are lot certified to be human DNA free, RNase free, DNase free, pyrogen free, and ATP free, ensuring high-grade integrity for sensitive applications. The vials are non-pyrogenic, non-cytotoxic, non-mutagenic, heavy metals free, and BSE/TSE free, manufactured, assembled, and packaged in an ISO 7 (Class 10,000) cleanroom, and sterilized by beta radiation with a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10-6. The enhanced cap features a star socket specifically designed for use with automated capping and decapping equipment, while the slim profile cap design allows for better fitting in racks and boxes. Each vial has a unique barcode printed for automated data collection, a white writing surface for specimen identification, and printed graduations for accurate measurements. Both the vials and caps are autoclavable and produced from medical-grade raw materials that will not discolor after re-sterilization. The kit includes tamper-evident packaging, and the self-standing tubes can interlock with Globe workstation racks; however, they should not be used in the liquid phase of liquid nitrogen.
