Globe Scientific PCR plates are available in various formats, including no skirt, half skirt, and full skirt variants, with volumes of 0.1ml (low profile) and 0.2ml, as well as 384 well variants, making them compatible with most commercially available PCR and qPCR instruments. These plates feature an ultra-thin wall design (0.2mm thick) for optimal temperature transfer and ultra-clear wells for easy sample visualization. They are compatible across a broad range of thermal cyclers and include easy-to-read alphanumeric indexing. Manufactured from high-clarity, ultra-pure polypropylene, these plates meet FDA 21 CFR 177.1520 and USP Class VI standards. They are certified to be free of detectable DNase, RNase, human DNA, PCR inhibitors, and are tested to be pyrogen-free. The plates have raised well rims for optimal sealing with strip caps, sealing mats, or sealing film, and barcoding options are available as a special order.
